Where can I find sources of EU and International Law?

Answer

If you're researching EU or international law, there are a couple of excellent resources available through the Library.

Westlaw UK offers access to a wide range of international legal materials, including cases, legislation, and journals from jurisdictions beyond the UK, such as Australia, Canada, the European Union, Hong Kong, Korea, and more. To explore these, simply log in to Westlaw UK, then select ‘Westlaw International’ under the ‘More resources’ section.

Alternatively, the World Legal Information Institute (WorldLII) is a fantastic resource. It provides free, independent, and non-profit access to legal information from around the world, including constitutions, legislation, and case law, organised by country. Access it here: World LII.

Both platforms are great starting points for anyone studying or teaching international or comparative law.
