What if I am unable to access a resource from the Library Portal?

If you're having trouble accessing resources through the Library Portal, the first thing to check is whether you're logged in with your Arden Microsoft 365 credentials. These details are sent to you via email when you register for your programme. If you haven’t received this email or need help with your login, please contact help@arden.ac.uk - our friendly IT team will be happy to assist you.

You’ll also need to have multi-factor authentication (MFA) set up to access Microsoft 365 services securely. If you haven’t done this yet, you can follow the step-by-step instructions here: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). And again, if you need any help with the setup, just reach out to help@arden.ac.uk.
