An eBook in the Library is unavailable because it is checked out by another user. How can I access it?
Answer
Most of the eBooks in our Library collection come with unlimited access, which means multiple students can read them at the same time without any restrictions. However, a small number of titles have limited user licences, which may temporarily prevent access if all available copies are in use.
We actively monitor usage of these limited-access titles and will purchase additional licences if demand is high. In the meantime, if you’re unable to access an eBook and need it urgently, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at library@arden.ac.uk. We’ll do our best to help you access the material or suggest suitable alternatives.
